Investable Solutions offers a select number of startups with an exclusive services-for-equity incubation program. The goal of the program is to bring the startup to initial funding round without requiring additional capital. This on-going engagement kicks-off with a 6-month incubation process. The program is divided into three stages:

Stage 1

Setup

We help build a stronger team, develop a robust business strategy and plan, and upgrade all the company’s branding, investor materials, and content. In some cases, the startup will undergo an additional incubation period outside of Israel (US, Korea, China) to ensure product-market fit for international markets.

Stage 2

Road-show and closing

We open doors to our international network of investors and brokers. We arrange meetings, calls, and pitches, and actively participate as principles in the startup. We then manage the due diligence process to ensure rapid response to any investor requests, and efficiently negotiate favorable terms for both sides to close the deal and get the money in the bank.

Stage 3

Post-financing support

We support the company's ongoing strategy, management, and future fundraising needs. This may include participating as board and advisory members. We will also take a leadership role in all future fundraising efforts.

Investable solutions is run and managed by Aaron Rothenberg and Yossi Konijn, who between them have more than 40 years of experience in investing, entrepreneurship, and consulting. With a background combining venture capital, technology, entrepreneurship, and consulting, we have “been there” and “done that.” In the past five years, we have helped over 500 startups, several large hi-tech companies, and many entrepreneurs in crafting their stories, strategies, and business models. Aaron Rothenberg

Aaron has 20 years of venture capital experience, most recently as an investment manager at Giza Venture Capital. Aaron specializes in identifying and fixing startup’s vulnerabilities as well as company and fund formation financing, including business modeling, financial modeling, creation of high-level materials, and supporting road-shows. Aaron has been involved in the formation of three VC funds: a TV Format Fund, a MusicTech Fund, and an Asia-Israel Fund. He also co-founded a collaborative consumption startup.

Konijn

Originally a software engineer and technology development manager at Intel, Accent, and Proficiency, Yossi began pursuing his entrepreneurial “bug” in 2002, founding and managing various businesses and startups. Yossi later held senior consulting positions in leading management consulting firms where he developed economic and marketing strategies for banks, retail chains, municipalities, and other leading companies, and many others. Since 2012, Yossi specializes in business planning for technology companies and startup, and enjoys lecturing and mentoring at various accelerators and incubators in Israel.
